- Delivery Charges: Charges vary by state, so the cost of delivery will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Confirmation Call: After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call within 24 hours. If we cannot reach you after 4 attempts, your order will be canceled.
- Dispatch: All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Delivery Instructions: Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the specified address. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made. However, if the second attempt fails, the order will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
